Currently, I have eight streetbikes in my garage that are licensed, insured and ready to ride. All of the bikes are impecably maintained by Mach1. Never in my life have I ever gotten better service on any of my vehicles than at Mach1. No one else is even close. Long (the owner) personally test drives 100% of the bikes that come in for service. Richard is a master at dyno tuning. Jim does a fantastic job in the parts department. Everytime you go in the shop, it is filled with customers with cool bikes. [Mach1] have rebuilt my brakes, worked on my forks, helped me adjust the sag, changed tires and a dozen other items to get me to and from the track and the bike has always worked perfect. I want it to be known that they have a policy that they check every nut and bolt three times and then the owner personally then rides the bike, and I have witnessed many times that act and I've seen him come back and make small adjustments to many bikes including my own that have nothing to do with what the bike was brought in for in the first place. - Peter Papke

When I first heard about Mach 1, it was from a friend and fellow sport bike enthusiast who raved about the quality of service and pricing.  I was tired of feeling ripped off by the "franchise-type" shops or poor customer service.  Ever since my first visit to Mach 1, I have been convinced by Long and his crew that I am a valued customer.  The crew gets to work and don't skimp on details.  Long inspects their work and even bets his life on it by test-driving every motorcycle once the work is done!  Every smart rider knows that the best insurance, on a motorcycle, is a well-maintained one.  Every customer of Mach 1 is a WISE rider and gets more than their money's worth of "insurance" through reassurance and care.  Thank you, Mach 1! - Dale Smith

You did a great job on my Kawasaki KLR 250, basically a total service, rebuild on the carburetor, and a variety of other things, about a $1,000 worth, and my bike has not run this well since I bought it, and even when it was new it did not run this well. - Patt Khalili
